Regarding Reverse Osmosis solutions, Seawater Reverse Osmosis and Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis are pressure-driven membrane methods. Seven Seas Water’s solutions include its Quick Deploy Seawater Reverse Osmosis. Mobile seawater desalination reverse osmosis units are completely self-contained systems. They provide a very flexible way of providing potable water from a local seawater source in stressed environments. The containers (or skidded systems) can undergo installation and be put into production in a very short time.

Seven Seas Water’s industrial markets include Power & Utility; Mining; Oil & Gas; and Manufacturing. Pertaining to its Commercial clients, Seven Seas’ totally managed approach ensures its clients receive customized, affordable, reliable water solutions without capital investment or risk.

In essence, AquaVenture Holdings is a global provider of Water-as-a-Service™ (WAAS™) solutions. WAAS™ solutions provide customers a reliable and cost-effective source of clean drinking and process water mainly under long-term contracts. These long-term contracts minimize capital investment by the client.

At the end of October 2016, AquaVenture Holdings announced that the Company’s Seven Seas Water business completed the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Aguas de Bayovar S.A.C. (ADB) and all the rights and obligations under a design and construction contract for a desalination plant and related infrastructure in Peru.

This is Seven Seas Water’s second desalination plant in South America. This acquisition expands its base of facilities that provide Water-as-a-Service™ (WAAS™) solutions to its clients.

ADB supplies seawater and desalinated process water to Compañía Minera Miski Mayo S.R.L. (CMMM). CMMM uses the water to operate its Bayovar phosphate mine, situated in North Western Peru roughly 600 miles north of Lima.

AquaVenture Holdings provides its solutions in North America, the Caribbean, Latin America and the Middle East. The Company owns and operates its water systems. AquaVenture takes advantage of its operating and engineering know-how to develop and deliver highly reliable WAAS™ solutions through applying diverse water purification technologies. These technologies include reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, deionization, membrane bioreactors and ultraviolet sanitization.
